The entire crew was wonderful and professional. They were welcoming and always helpful. While i would love to pick specific crew members to praise, i cannot pick just a few as they all went truly above and beyond to ensure my trip was the best possible experience.

Wow, what can I say. The entire crew was amazing. Florencia and Martyn were so funny and helpful. They kept us laughing throughout all the days. The dive masters on deck, Mario and Rodolfo were fabulous at everything! The chef, captain, co-captian were fabulous. I can´t say enough great things about my experience.

I know how much harder everyone had to work because of the COVID protocols and we sincerely appreciate it. The safety protocols were very much appreciated, too. Fantastic boat, excellence in operations.

All of the crew were incredible from day one. Starting from Orientation by Pedro, the captains talk, the hostesses were great and made us feel comfortable and the divemasters -Pascal, Martin, Xavier and Annie- were always composed and steady. Had some great conversations with Pascal about Sharks and was impressed with the knowledge.

Captain Ramon and his entire crew made an impression every day! I can tell that Ramon leads by example and truly enables and trusts his crew to take care of all the needs of the boat and the guests.

Really everyone. The Captain was awesome, he gave us very clear information and instructions and was always making sure we were all comfortable and safe. The hostesses were absolutely incredible, always taking care of everyone and making us feel like home. The dive masters were amazing, they are so skillful and were always on point to give us the best diving experience. The engineer was awesome in fixing the hot tub for us :) I'm sure he took care of much more than that. The mates were awesome, super helpful and welcoming. And last but not least the cook (Tony) is absolutely an amazing chef. His food was unbelievable. Thank you All !!!!

all of the crew made a good impression all very professional and fun. Always a good time with Nautilus. This is my third trip with Nautilus.

All of the crew was fantastic and professional throughout the trip. From Beto, the captain, to Toni, our chef, to the divemasters, Rodolfo, Marty, and Mario, everything was perfect. Flor, Lauren, Miguel, and Palafox were all superb and professional, catering to anything we needed while also ensuring safety and a positive atmosphere. The crew was lively and enjoyable, making this a trip of a lifetime.

the entire crew did a most excellent job. My interaction with Pascal was very inspirational . I also enjoyed very much visiting the Helm and hearing Captain Ramons great stories .

I would have loved to here Pascal talk more about sharks and his knowledge. There was not enough time to here all of it but it would be cool to give him more time for that as he obviously has a real passion for that and people pick that passion up. thats awsome so more of that please.

All did! The captain, Rudolph, Lola, flora were most helpful as spent extra time with a disabled passenger. All hands on deck supported the moving of the disabled passenger as well as tending to all her needs. This crew is amazing!
