all of the crew did a wonderful job but the hostesses did an outstanding job to accomadate any special needs of those "picky" guest and to make sure all of us kept hydrated and our bodies nourished during the excitement

But of course! Nubia, Sam, Luis, Pierre, Peter, the Captain all were very welcoming and made my trip a success!

The a/c was out in the salon and dining area making it uncomfortable at times, but mostly everything was excellent.

Sylvia and Marcella went above and beyond, and I was impressed that Captain Gordon was so involved with his crew and all activities of the boat and dives.

Nautilus operations are always great and we look forward to diving on another trip in the future. We'll be returning in the future. Glad there is a wet head on the Belle Amie. Guadalupe T-shirts are needed for sale.

Aline did very well for her first trip. Phillipe was very instructive and went out of his way to provide all of the support possible for the passengers. Sylvia is always phenomenal in making sure the boat is running smoothly and that everyone has anything that they need.

This was our second trip on a Nautilus boat and our second time with Sylvia. Great to see her again and, as with the first time, excellent service.

I feel like the captain was extraordinary. He was very involved with the all the guests. He had multiple positions on the boat other than being captain such as Divemaster. This is the only liveaboard I have been on where I got to dive with the captain. Also, i feel like it was extraordinary that crew made the effort to learn everyones name on board.

All crew members did a tremendous job. Diving was exceptional , but the staff was even better.

Anna and Keegan were very attentive in the dining hall area. The divemasters all were exceptional, Ryan and Darryn seemed to be the most aggressive with the chum. Captain Mike had the best wrangling sessions. All of that being said, Marco delivered a dining experience that was above and beyond. I signed up for a great white shark diving vacation, and what I got was a luxury experience that also had plenty of great white! Compared to other live aboards I have been on this is a top notch operation and should be on all shark enthusiast's bucket list.

Exceeded all expectation. Nautilus Belle Amie is gorgeous and by far the cleanest and best equipped dive boat i have ever seen. Mike, thank you from the bottom of my heart. This was a trip for my son. You blew us away.

Too wonderful. Kick it down a notch. Briden is a great captain.( When I learned he was from Vancouver... That explained everything.) Ryan, Garret, Mayo, Walker were complete pros. Anna and Keegan were charming from the moment we stepped on board. and of course Mario and Katya in the kitchen would have made the trip worth while even if we had never seen any sharks... which of course, we did immediately and plentifully.

Ryan, Darryn, Walker, Keegan and Anna went above and beyond, and were on point the entire trip.

All of them, is really amazing how hard they work and always with a smile and great attitude, they pay attention to every guest needs, I really enjoy this days with the crew. they make this great experience even more amazing. thak you all.

All staff were very professional and very knowledgeable. All dive staff was outstanding. The Captain was very approachable and was not afraid to step in and help out. I even saw him scrubbing the deck. A true professional and leader. The dinning staff was great and food was good as well.
