Any crew standout?
the Captain is accommodating and gracious and accessible. it is fantastic that he shares tasks with the other crew members, whether carrying tanks, driving the skiff, tending the bar, etc. It's a terrific example of an inclusive type of leadership. This also goes for his first mate Oscar and Engineer Pedro. This is actually true for all members...the tasks are carried out seamlessly and in sync, even if a lot of the jobs seem to overlap. Everyone made a real effort to make us comfortable, but made it seem that it wasn't too tedious or trying . Efforts were sincere. Osa is soo hardworking and always cheerful. Also holds true for Alicia and Donovan. Chef Kike showed absolute delight in his work. Variety of dishes is well thought out. The DMs made us feel safe with each dive, even if the circumstances were unfamiliar to us.

This is not directly related to Nautilus operations but 2 people on my group were taxed by Mexican Customs for bringing in housings and video lights. Same thing happened to me 2 trips in a row. I think this isnt an isolated incident anymore and maybe as a company operating in Mexico, Nautilus can offer some kind of support for tourists being hassled. Maybe this is something that can be raised with authorities as well? It's not right to have to pay for import taxes on personal items that we are entitled to carry with us, and news has gotten around so a lot of potential clients are turned off and afraid of traveling to Mexico because of this.

Everyone was exceptional! Julio made sure we were safe and was also very open to consult on dive plans and the route of the trip. As a trip leader this matters a lot to me.

Osa and Alice took very good care of us. Chef Kike provided excellent food. All DMs made sure we are all safe and had great dive. Capt, Mate and Engineer made the travel safe and smooth. Donovan greeted us happily with his manta and shark costume dancing when we get back from the dive. Everyone was great!!! I will surely miss my Socorro family.

Oui, trois dive master qui sont Elin, Mario et Juan.

It would be better to wait until after sunset to start presentations so we have time to assist to both of them. Also would be better for the captain to wait until after we are finished eating, or before, to give briefings. At dinner time. Because it lasted a while and the food was cold.

Everyone went beyond expectation doing their duties. The dive masters were very specific and clear about the dive plan for each dive. The Captain updated us every night on what is exptected.

Everyone were wonderful and really went out of their way to make trip truly a memorable one.

Overall, my experience was amazing. The food is great, the crew is great, the diving is amazingly fantastic and gives a lot of diversified marine life. We are blessed to have a great weather as well. Only a few minor setbacks, the bed is a little saggy and pretty much the whole trip, our room did not receive an ample hot water, so we have to take a shower with cold water for the entire trip....though the jacuzzi was very helpful also after the dive!

Ivan and Juan was an awesome DM. They know their main responsibilities and has been very caring in every dive that we got a chance with them. Captain was also very helpful and accommodating. But this does not disregard the effort of every crew on the ship. They are all amazing in their own way.

Everyone was very professional in doing his/her job and worked VERY hard to make us comfortable and happy. Hostess Alice vacuumed my room and the dining area and put in an air cleaner when I told her about my allergy to dust and my concern about getting congestion and not being able to dive. The divemasters Juan, Eli, Dani, and Mario were exceptional in their guiding and checked on the divers in their group from time to time. Juan, Eli, and Mario kept an eye on me throughout our dives when I told them that I get anxious underwater and prefer to stick close to them. Chef Kike remembered everyone's food preferences, which was impressive. He cooked meats and fish perfectly every time, also an impressive skill.

The whole crew was outstanding. I cannot highlight enough that each of them went over and beyond their requirements. They were kind and the hospitality is top notch. Osayuki and Alice made everyone feel at home!

Captain Julio and the whole liveaboard crew were all very accommodating and made the liveaboard home away from home, All the DMs were excellent but Daniel stood out to me as the very learned companion underwater who shared not only diving tips but also safety tips. Osa was so hospitable and you can tell he loves making the group comfortable.

Love all the dives and all the meals. Everything was done with so much extra effort from the 12 man crew. This is my 2nd dive trip with Nautilus (the first was in 2017, Explorer for Socorro also). It wont be a big surprise I will sign up for a 3rd one. :)

Everyone made an extraordinary impression to me. Captain Julio and First mate Oscar, to divemasters Dani, Eli, Juan, Mario and Ivan, Chef Enrique, Host Osa and Alicia, Donovan and Pedro. Everyone just made the trip so much fun and enjoyable. Kudos to the team.

Solamente creo que deberian mejorar su metodo de cobro al final ya que hubo muchas tarjetas con las que no se pudieron cobrar incluyendo la mia. les recomiendo usar Clip o alguna terminal que lo haga mas facil.

Pascal, Dany, Nico, Jero, el Chef , Coti, Rey, enginier y el capital de guardia se portaron super bien con todos. Super atentos y abajo del agua me sentia super segura con todos los Divemasters. Nos asistieron en cualquier duda que surgia y me sentia en confianza de preguntar lo que fuera. Super buena energ{ia y vibra todos.

The consistency and quality of service for the two boats I´ve been on, Bel Amie and Undersea is very high. Congratulations on having that with different individuals and boats. A testatment to training and hiring.

This is my 7th trip on a Nautilus boat in the last 3 years. I have not had a bad experience yet, even meeting different crew members and having repeat on some trips. All of the crew on this trip were very helpful, respectful and polite. They sincerely seem to want to make sure each guest has the best trip they can. I don´t have specific comments on this trip for any one.

1. Pascal made an extra effort to retireve my weight pack which I really appreciated. 2. The divemastgering in general was excellent. 3. The food and cocktails were delicious.

I think the food could be a little healthier, but I appreciate that maybe what is offered is what is wanted by most people. Also, a tiny bit more headroom on the bunk beds would have been nice. I banged my head too many times.... Overall an amazing trip though!
